Net arbitrage profit calculator
a spread is not profit

Enter the numbers you already have. The tool subtracts two trading fees, expected slippage, withdrawal/network cost and signed funding from the gross spread. It does not pull VoltArb’s live books — those belong in the scanner.

Gross+$15.00
Buy fee−$1.00
Sell fee−$1.02
Slippage−$4.00
Withdrawal−$2.00
Funding$0.00
Net estimate+$6.99 (+0.698%)

Formula: capital × spread% − two trading fees − slippage − withdrawal ± funding. Every input is yours; this tool never fetches live quotes.

The formula

Gross = capital × (spread% / 100).

Buy fee = capital × (buy fee% / 100). Sell fee = (capital + gross) × (sell fee% / 100), because the sell notional includes the spread.

Slippage = capital × (slippage% / 100) — a single combined estimate for both legs. For a size-aware VWAP walk of live depth, use the scanner.

Funding is signed: positive means you receive, negative means you pay, as a percent of capital over the hold window you chose.

Net = gross − buy fee − sell fee − slippage − withdrawal + funding.

Limitations

  • Every input is yours. This page never fetches prices, fees, funding rates or D/W status.
  • Fee percents are taker-style estimates. Maker rebates, VIP tiers and contract multipliers are not modeled.
  • One withdrawal field cannot represent every network, memo, or suspended chain. Check the venue.
  • This is an estimate, not a fill. Partial fills, latency and frozen withdrawals can still wipe the trade.

FAQ

Does this calculator use live market data?

No. It only uses the numbers you type. VoltArb’s scanner estimates net from live order books, venue fees, D/W status and funding — open that when you want a live check.

Why is the sell fee charged on capital plus gross?

You sell the larger notional if the spread is in your favour. Charging the sell fee only on entry capital understates the cost.

Is this financial advice or a return promise?

Neither. Cryptocurrency trading can lose money. See the legal page. The calculator shows arithmetic, not a recommended trade.

Check it on live books

The calculator uses the numbers you typed. The scanner estimates VWAP, fees, D/W and funding from current books.
