Terms & Conditions These terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern users’ participation in the promotion above (“Promotion”). Only successfully completed P2P orders placed and completed during the Promotion Period are eligible (“Eligible Orders”). Each Eligible Order must have a minimum order amount of 5 USDT or equivalent. Reward Distribution: Monthly rewards will be distributed in USDT to eligible merchants’ Funding Accounts within 14 business days after the end of each calendar month. The one-time Activation Bonus will be distributed as a token voucher within 14 business days after the merchant qualifies. Reward Categories & Qualification: Activation Bonus (70 USDT, one-time): Complete at least 25 Eligible Orders (≥ 5 USDT equivalent each) with at least 10 unique counterparties. Monthly Usage Incentive (30 USDT/month): Complete at least 50 Eligible Orders (≥ 5 USDT equivalent each) with at least 15 unique counterparties in a month and maintain healthy service metrics. At least 5,000 USDT total Eligible Volume. Completion rate > 95%. Reward Distribution: Top 1: 150 USDT, Top 2: 125 USDT, Top 3: 75 USDT, Top 4–10: 25 USDT each. Binance will use its own logic to validate eligibility, including order status, payment methods, order amounts and service metrics. Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations/logins, self dealing, or market manipulation). Binance further reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software. Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
